Linguine all'olio
Our lingue, chiacchiere and grissini are handmade in a small bakery in Piedmont. Produced according to old recipes passed down through generations, with simple ingredients: a dough made from flour, water, salt and olive oil, optionally flavoured with herbs, olives, onions and sesame seeds. They are dry-baked with plenty of olive oil and are perfect for dipping in crostini spreads or simply eating on their own.
Diese flachen, knusprigen “Schwiegermutterzungen” sind eine delikate Alternative zu Brot oder Grissini. Hier die klassische Variante mit Olivenöl.
