Olive nere

Our long-standing good relationships with our producers guarantee that only the best quality olives are used for our products. In brine, in olive oil or as creams, they enrich every meal and are an integral part of Mediterranean cuisine.

The small black olives with stone are particularly spicy and strong in flavour. After sorting and washing, they are pickled directly in brine (water and salt in the correct ratio).
