Linguine al rosmarino
Our lingue, chiacchiere and grissini are handmade in a small bakery in Piedmont. Produced according to old recipes passed down through generations, with simple ingredients: a dough made from flour, water, salt and olive oil, optionally flavoured with herbs, olives, onions and sesame seeds. They are dry-baked with plenty of olive oil and are perfect for dipping in crostini spreads or simply eating on their own.
These flat, crispy "mother-in-law's tongues" are a delicious alternative to bread or grissini. The addition of rosemary makes them particularly flavourful.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, brewer's yeast, rosemary.
