This delicious sweet is made according to an old, traditional recipe using just a few natural ingredients. Sweet and bitter almonds, sugar and egg white are processed in a suitable way, supplemented with fruit, various nuts, coffee, chestnuts, chocolate, sultanas or pine nuts, depending on the flavour, and baked in the oven.
