The Italian almond biscuits, here with dark chocolate, are made by hand according to a traditional recipe using flour, sugar, fresh eggs, Italian almonds, yeast and salt. We do not use artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. The cantucci are baked twice. First as long loaves and then in slices, which makes them crumbly and long-lasting.
