The combination of selected musts and fine white wine vinegar produces a colourless balsamic vinegar with a delicate acidity. Our vinegars are not pasteurised (heat treatment), which preserves their high nutritional value. Very mild and fruity in flavour, it is ideal for all salads.
A change in the colour of the Condimento bianco is natural and has no influence on the quality!
