All our olive oils are made from cold first pressing and only from first-class, flawless olives. The oils come from different regions of Italy and all have very special characters.
This extra virgin olive oil is made from mixed Apulian varieties, especially Ogliarola and Cellina, harvested and pressed from centuries-old trees in October and November. The slightly fruity flavour and aroma of ripe olives make it perfect for cooked and raw dishes.
