All our olive oils are made from cold first pressing and only from first-class, flawless olives. The oils come from different regions of Italy and all have very special characters.
The Sicilians are known for having the highest per capita consumption of olive oil and value the highest quality oil. Our Sicilian olive oil "Don Corleone" has a strong flavour with a hint of freshly cut grass. It is made from the Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Oiarola Messinese olive varieties.
