All our olive oils are made from cold first pressing and only from first-class, flawless olives. The oils come from different regions of Italy and all have very special characters.

The most widespread and representative variety of Ligurian olive production is the Taggiasca variety. This olive variety produces an olive oil that is low in acidity and has a delicate flavour.
