Olio extravergine di oliva "I Trulli"

All our olive oils are made from cold first pressing and only from first-class, flawless olives. The oils come from different regions of Italy and all have very special characters.

With some of the most beautiful olive groves in Italy, Puglia is the largest olive oil region. Our oil, I'Trulli, is made from the Cima di Bitonto and Coratina varieties. This oil is characterised by its peppery note and pleasant almond flavour and should be used sparingly.
