All our olive oils are made from cold first pressing and only from first-class, flawless olives. The oils come from different regions of Italy and all have very special characters.
This extra virgin olive oil from Apulia is made from Liccino and Ogliarola olives harvested and pressed in October. The fruity, slightly spicy flavour is due to the short processing and bottling time.
