Our sea salt is washed, centrifuged and then dried in special ovens at a temperature of around 220° Celsius to remove impurities and most of its moisture. A coarse sea salt rich in minerals from the salt pans of Sicily, flavoured with rose petals and freeze-dried lemon pieces.
